摘要
采用阳极氧化法,以氟化铵、乙二醇溶液作为电解液,在50V的电压、不同的氧化时间条件下制备TiO_2纳米管阵列。运用场发射电子扫描电镜(FESEM)、紫外-可见分光光度计(UVVis)对TiO_2纳米管阵列的形貌和光学性能进行表征。结果表明,氧化时间越长纳米管的长度越长,氧化时间为2h时,纳米管的管长约为10.1μm,氧化时间为1.5h时制备的TiO_2纳米管阵列具有最佳的光催化活性。
TiO2 nanotube arrays were prepared by anodic oxidation method in NH4F and ethylene glycol solution under 50V of the voltage and the different oxidation time. The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscope (FESEM) and UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The results indicate that the length of the nanotybe are influenced by oxidation time. When the oxidation time reach to 2h, the length is about 10.1μm. The nanotube arrays prepared at oxidation time 1.Sh exhibit the highest photocatalytie activity.
