利用煤泥制备聚合氯化铝铁絮凝剂的试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 煤泥的主要化学组分是Si_O2、Al_2O_3、Fe_2O_3等,通过煅烧,酸浸后,以煤泥酸浸滤液为原料,通过添加铝酸钙粉,制备聚合氯化铝铁絮凝剂。利用红外光谱对合成产物结构进行了表征,探讨了铝酸钙粉量、Al/Fe、聚合温度、聚合时间等合成条件对絮凝剂絮凝性能的影响。结果表明,当铝酸钙粉量为22g、Al/Fe为11.4∶1、聚合温度为90℃、聚合时间为4h时,合成的聚合氯化铝铁絮凝剂絮凝效果最佳,对西安护城河水的浊度去除率达到94.50%。 The main chemical components of coal slime were SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3, etc. After calcining and acid leaching, the filtrate of coal slime was used to synthesize the polyaluminum ferric chloride flocculant by adding to calcium aluminate powder. The structure of the synthesized product was characterized by IR. The influence of synthesis conditions such as the amount of calcium aluminate, Al/Fe, polymerization temperature and polymerization time on the flocculation performance was discussed. The results showed that the flocculating effect of the polyaluminum ferric chloride flocculant was best when the amount of calcium aluminate powder was 22g, the Al/Fe was 11.4:1, the polymerization temperature was 90℃ and the polymerization time was 4h. The turbidity removal rate of Xi'an moat water reached 94.50%.
