摘要 采通过剪裁和羧基化成功制备了水溶性多壁碳纳米管并采用恒电位沉积法将其修饰到电极表面。用扫描电镜,拉曼光谱,电化学方法对修饰电极进行了表征。这种方法制备的电极具有很好的机械强度,性能稳定,对多巴胺反应非常灵敏。在5×10^(-8)~2×10^(-6) mol·L^(-1)的范围内氧化电流与多巴胺的浓度成正比,2min富集后的检测限可达3×10^(-9) mol·L^(-1)。 With concentrated nitric and sulphurie mixture earboxylated and water-soluble MCNTs was prepared successfully. A multi-wall carbon nanotube-modified glassy carbon was made by direct electrochemical deposition of the carbon nanotubes on it from aqueous solution. The MWNTs thin film was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, Raman spectroscopy and electrochemical techniques. The as-prepared MWNT modified electrode is robust, stable and exhibits remarkable sensitive to dopamine. In the range of 5×10^-8-2×10^-6mol·L^-1, the anodie peak current increases linearly with the concentration of dopamine, and the detection limit can reach 3×10^-9mol·L^-1 after 180s of accumulation.
