滤筒在多次集尘-清灰循环中的阻力变化规律与评价方法

摘要 滤筒大量应用于通风除尘、大型机械进气过滤等领域。集尘后可通过清灰恢复可用性是滤筒的重要特征之一,实际应用中主流的滤筒清灰方式是压缩空气脉冲清灰。清灰后滤筒阻力、效率、容尘量等参数对实际过滤效果及能耗状况影响很大,然而目前并没有针对这些参数的测试方法及评价标准。测试了两种不同滤料的滤筒样品,结合实验结果和扫描电镜照片分析样品清灰后在阻力、残余阻力等参数的变化规律并对比了不同样品间的差异。建议滤筒阻力评价采用初始阻力、残余阻力加权平均;具体权重有待进一步研究,但初始状态参数的权重应较一般通风用过滤器低。 Cartridge filters are widely used in large-scale machinery inlet, ventilation and dust collecting.Cleanability is an important feature of cartridge filters, and compressed air pulse cleaning is the most common way of cleaning in the practical application.Parameters of the cleaned cartridge such as resistance, efficiency, dust holding capacity etc. determine the actual filtering performance and energy consumption. However, there is no standard test methods for these parameters.Two samples were tested according to the test method on the rig, the results in combination with electron micrographs were analyzed to compare the variation of the residual resistance, filtration efficiency, and dust holding capacity during several loading-cleaning cycles. Weighted average resistance of an initial resistance andresidual resistance after cleaning procedures were recommended. The right weight of the initial state parameters should be lower than the filters for general ventilation, while the specific weights needs to be address in further study.
