摘要
以实际工程应用的某核主泵机械密封动、静环组件为例,建立了考虑组件之间真实过盈配合连接结构的ANSYS仿真模型,获得了工作状态下机械密封动、静环端面变形量及泄漏量,该泄漏量更加接近工程设计泄漏量值。通过与未考虑过盈配合关系获得的机械密封泄漏量进行比较,指出过盈配合在机械结构组件变形分析中的必要性,且是仿真分析中需要重点关注的问题。同时,阐释了应用ANSYS进行过盈配合组件受力与变形分析时的基本思路和具体方法。
Based on a mechanical seal which is already used in reactor coolant pumps (RCP), an interference fit simulation model is established by ANSYS. End face deformation of the stator/rotor seal ring is calculated. As a result, the mechanical seal's leakage is available, which is close to the specific operation value. The comparison results between leakages which are calculated by model include interference fit or not illustrated that interference fit has significant influence on structural analysis and should be paid more attention on it. Using this example, the idea and method of ANSYS interference fit analysis is demonstrated.
