高校实训基地的建设与管理是每年学校常规规划重点之一。但是,针对创业实训基地的建设,仍属于基础阶段,未能达到国家对高校创业教育的要求。高校创业实训基地的现状是未能真正帮扶大学生完成创业。创业实训基地的构建存在很多问题,需坚持一定的原则,进行有效的原因分析,才能完善长效机制。

The building and management of entrepreneurship training base is one of the most important factors in university＇s conventional planning. But, the building and management of entrepreneurship training base is still in the elementary stage and cant meet the national standard. The current situation of the building and management of entrepreneurship training base is that it cant help the college students start a business. To establish the entrepreneurship training base needs certain principles and analyzes the existing problems to perfect the mechanism.
