基于胜任力的HRM专业大学生就业指导

Employment Guidance for Undergraduates Major in Human Resource Management Based on Competence

摘要 当前大学生就业指导工作存在忽视学生具体特征、没有区分专业进行针对性指导等问题,通过引入胜任力并区分不同专业的学生情况,可以有效解决上述问题。立足于人力资源管理(HRM)人员胜任力结构,文章为HRM专业大学生的就业指导提出了四条建议:依据个性特征和智力能力,为学生定位不同的人力岗位;围绕知识能力和技术能力,毕业季突击提高学生应聘力;着眼业务能力和人际能力,大学全程培养学生就业素质;参考胜任力测评,实现就业指导工作的循环改进。 Ignoring understudents'specific characteristics and no distinction between majors are some problems of understudents' employment guidance. These problems can be effectively solved by introducing competence and distinguishing the different situation of different majors. Based on the human resource management (HRM) personnel competency structure, the paper puts forward four suggestions for employment guidance for undergraduates major in human resource management: locating different human resource management positions for undergraduates on the basis of personality characteristics and intelligence ; improving undergraduates' applying ability quickly at the graduation season based on the knowledge and technical ability; focusing on business ability and interpersonal skills, raising undergraduates' mployment quality during the whole university life; continuous improving employment guidance on the basis of the competency assessment.
