儒家敬业思想及其现代价值探析——以《论语》为基础

Exploration on Professional Dedication of Confucianism and Its Modern Value-Based on the Analects of Confucius

敬业是儒家思想的核心之一。以《论语》为基础,简要阐述了儒家敬业思想的基本内涵,从职业态度、职业责任、职业精神这三个方面分析了儒家的敬业理念,在此基础之上,初步探讨了儒家敬业思想的现代价值。现代社会,敬业有利于培养人们崇敬热爱的职业态度、勤勉尽责的职业责任、持之以恒的职业精神。

Professional dedication is one of the cores of confucianism. On the basis of the Analects of Confucius, the basic connotation of professional dedication of Confucianism is expounded briefly, and the concepts of professional dedication of Confucian are analyzed from three aspects of the professional attitude, professional responsibility and professional spirit. Furthermore, the modern value of professional dedication of Confucian thoughts is discussed preliminarily. In modern society, professional dedication is beneficial to cultivate people＇s professional attitudes of worship and love, professional responsibility of diligent and conscientiousness, professional spirit of perseverance.
