精准扶贫是习近平总书记多年来扶贫经验的总结,新观点、新举措和新要求决定了我国的扶贫工作进入了新阶段。但是扶贫工作也暴露出了一些问题,比如扶贫制度的缺失、扶贫资金的投向不明、扶贫地区法律意识淡薄。为了保障精准扶贫这一重要政治任务的有效开展,迫切需要法律机制来保驾护航。

Targeted poverty alleviation was summarized by General secretary Xi. It was based on his experiences all these years of poverty alleviation. The new view points, acts and requirements hatched a brand new level of poverty alleviation. But some problems was brought up by the recent work of poverty alleviation. For instance, the policy was not perfectly written, some funds went to nowhere, targeted places barely have idea about legal compliance. To guarantee the targeted poverty alleviation, this significant governmental assignment runs smoothly, a fully covered legal system is desperately needed.
