摘要
我国的社会主义民主与法制建设在经历了曲折的发展历程之后,在新时期,迎来了新的任务和挑战。在这个完善和发展中,应该坚持党中央的领导,让人民当家做主。同时围绕中心,服务大局,对人民代表大会制度进行完善和发展,坚持积极、稳妥推进的有机统一,对资本主义国家的法制建设经验进行批判地吸收和借鉴,全方位地推进我国社会主义民主与法制建设的进行。
After having experienced a tortuous development process, China＇s socialist democracy and legal system construction in the new era has ushered in the new tasks and challenges. In the perfection and development, we should adhere to the leadership of the CPC central committee and let people take leadership. At the same time around the center, we should do the service to the general situation, improve the peoples congress system and the development, insist on the positive organic unification, critically absorb and take reference for the legal system construction experience of capitalist countries to promote China＇s socialist democracy and legal system construction in all aspects.
