摘要
以工作过程为导向的教学方法是裆下在高职院校中较为科学的一种教学方法,它能够有效提高学生对于专业技能的理解,帮助学生了解自身专业的具体工作流程。《管理学》是一门具有较强实践性的课程,以工作过程为导向来进行《管理学》的教学改革能够充分体现《管理学》的教学要求与特点,提高《管理学》的教学质量。本文分析了以工作过程为导向的高职院校《管理学》的教学改革措施,旨在不断提高我国高职院校学生的专业技能水平。
The teaching method based on working process is a kind of teaching method in higher vocational colleges more scientific legs. It can effectively improve the students＇understanding of professional skills, help students understand their professional work flow. Management is a strong practice in the curriculum, teaching requirements and characteristics the teaching reform of management oriented by working process can fully embody management to improve the quality of teaching science management. This paper analyzes the measures of teaching reform in higher vocational colleges＇ management work process oriented learning and aims to improve China＇s vocational college students professional skills.
