酒店专业学生职业认同感研究及对策

Research on Professional Identity of Hotel Majors in Vocational Colleges and Countermeasures

为了提升职业院校酒店专业学生的职业认同感,本文从培养酒店专业学生的职业兴趣、锻炼酒店专业学生的心理素质、树立酒店专业学生的职业信心、完善酒店专业学生的管理制度四个方面提出了可行性建议。最后指出提高职业认同感需要学校、实习生及酒店的共同努力,才能切实有效的提升职业院校酒店专业学生职业认同感。

In order to enhance the professional identity of professional students in vocational colleges, this paper puts forward the following four aspects ： cultivating professional interests of hotel students, training students＇ psychological quality, building professional confidence of hotel students, perfecting management system of hotel students Feasibility recommendations. Finally, it is pointed out that improving the professional identity requires the joint efforts of schools, trainees and hotels in order to effectively enhance the professional identity of vocational students.
