摘要
按照现代职业教育对于"双师队伍"建设的要求,本文分析了当前双师队伍建设存在的一些问题,开展POCIB外贸从业能力大赛,从提高师德水平,专业技能,教学水平,激励机制等几个方面展开阐述,提高"双师队伍"的综合素质。
According to the modern vocation education requirements of dual qualification teacher, this paper probes into the current problems of dual qualification teacher. The college should take part in POCIB to improve the comprehensive qualities of dual qualification teacher through the ways of ethics level, professional skills, teaching skills, incentive mechanism.
