随着高职院校课程体系以及管理制度的完善,高职院校学生社团组织的发展愈发受到关注,怎样更好的管理建设高职学生社团这一问题引起了越来越多教育工作者的讨论。本文主要针对现阶段国内高职院校学生社团发展的主要特点、现实意义以及管理建设方式等方面展开了剖析,旨在为高职学生社团管理建设的实践提供参考。

With the improvement of the curriculum system in Higher Vocational Colleges and the management system, the development of student organizations in higher vocational colleges are increasingly concerned about how to better manage the construction of higher vocational students by this issue is discussed more and more educators. This paper mainly aimed at characteristics and development stage of the domestic vocational college students associations as well as the practical significance of construction management mode. The analysis, in order to provide reference for the practice of community management construction of Higher Vocational students.
