A Strategic Study on Improving the Moral Education of Moral Educators

在社会主义核心价值观的指引下,如何理解和提升我国各级学校德育工作者的德育素质,已经成为一个非常有必要探讨的话题。德育工作者其实在教育工作中扮演了至关重要的角色,德育工作者德育素质的高低,影响着祖国的新生代力量即广大学生。由此,本文从德育意识、德育能力、道德品质、心理素质和德育工作者的权威性等五方面来探讨德育工作者德育素质。

Under the guidance of the core values of Chinese socialism, how to understand and enhance the quality of moral education in our country at all levels of moral education workers has become a very necessary topic. Moral educators in fact play an important role in the education work, high or low of the quality of moral education, impact the motherland＇s new generation of power that the majority of students. Thus, this article introduce moral awareness, moral education ability, moral quality, psychological quality and the authority of moral educators.
