本文针对工程训练的教学现状,探索采用翻转课堂教学模式的可行性,结合工程训练的培养目标,设计了应用翻转课堂的具体教学过程,并以钳工教学为例,阐述了翻转课堂教学模式的实施过程,实践表明翻转课堂相比传统的填鸭式、灌入式教学有着明显的优势。
