Research on Guided by Employment of Higher Vocational Public English Teaching Reform

本文分析了高职公共英语教学中教学目标、教学内容、教学方法和教学评价等方面存在的问题,提出以就业为导向来改革高职公共英语教学的对策。旨在提高学生的英语应用能力和职业岗位适应能力,从而满足用人单位的需求,使其在职场中更具竞争力。

This paper analyzes the teaching in higher vocational public English teaching goals, teaching contents, teaching methods and teaching evaluation and so on the existing problems and put forward the employment oriented countermeasures to reform higher vocational public English teaching. Aimed at improving the students＇ English application ability and professional post ability to adapt, to meet the needs of unit of choose and employ persons, to make it more competitive in the workplace.
