摘要
翻译是地方政府英文网站建设的关键,翻译决定着网站内容的优劣和被异域文化接受的程度。在翻译操控理论视角下,政府网站的英译受到意识形态、诗学和赞助人三方面的制约。在这三个方面的指导下,有助于提高网站翻译质量,促进英文网站建设,从而达到较好的外宣效果。
Translation is key to the construction of the local government＇s English website, which determines the content of the website and the degree of acceptance by foreign cultures. From the perspective of manipulation theory. The translation of goverument website is influenced by three factors - ideology, poetics and patronage. Under the guidance of the three factors, the government English website could better its translation and construction, and achieve a good publicity effect.
