摘要
翻译是地方政府英文网站建设的关键,翻译决定着网站内容的优劣和被异域文化接受的程度。在翻译操控理论视角下,政府网站的英译受到意识形态、诗学和赞助人三方面的制约。在这三个方面的指导下,有助于提高网站翻译质量,促进英文网站建设,从而达到较好的外宣效果。

From the perspective of manipulation theory. The translation of goverument website is influenced by three factors - ideology, poetics and patronage. Under the guidance of the three factors, the government English website could better its translation and construction, and achieve a good publicity effect.
