回顾性分析肾病综合征伴急性脑梗死患者抗凝药物的使用

摘要 目的通过临床药师参与药物治疗的过程,逐渐提高临床药师的临床思维。方法对肾病综合征患者突发脑梗死的治疗进行回顾性分析,介绍临床药师在患者突发急性脑梗死后积极参与临床治疗过程。从患者出发,对患者治疗过程中的抗凝药物进行分析并为临床提供建议,总结临床经验。结果能够提高临床药师的临床思维能力,更好地开展药学服务,逐步提高临床药师在临床的作用。结论临床药师能够通过自己的专业知识为临床提供更好的服务。
