摘要 对DH36结构钢进行25 mm孔深摩擦叠焊工艺试验,并对焊接过程及工艺参数变化进行实时监测,焊后对接头的宏观形貌、热机耦合过程、硬度分布以及拉伸性能进行了测试。研究结果表明,摩擦叠焊焊接过程可分为预热、加压、恒压焊接以及停转顶锻;对直径18 mm、孔深25 mm的锥形塞孔,在焊接转速7 000 r/min,压力25~40 kN,均可获得无缺陷焊接接头,接头质量最高可近似达到母材的100%,断裂位置主要沿连接面断裂或在母材发生断裂。 Friction hydro pillar processing( FHPP) experiments with 25 mm repairing depth were conducted for DH36 steel. During the welding, the detailed welding process and parameters were real-time monitored. Besides, the welds macro morphology, thermal mechanic process, hardness distribution and the tensile properties were also measured, respectively. All the results indicated, FHPP could be divided into preheating, pressurizing, welding under constant pressure and upsetting procedure. It could get the defect-free FHPP joint for 25 mm depth tapered hole with 18 mm diameter, when the rotational speed was 7 000 r/min and the axial force was between 25 kN and 40 kN. The welds' most tensile ratio could be almost 100% of base materials. All the fractures mainly occurred along the joining surface or fractured in the base materials.
