摘要 科学制定电梯评价指标是电梯安全检查的重要步骤,为解决当前提出的电梯评价方法单一,安全评价指标相对不足的问题,论文首次将电梯整个生命周期作为一个评价整体,将TRIZ创新理论和模块化效益法集成以解决电梯系统评价指标问题,从电梯质量(Q)、电梯成本(C)、用户满意度(U)以及电梯过程的环境友好性(E)这四个参数方面逐级细化,最后选取电梯设计错误等29个四级指标,在进行规范化和归一化的处理后,得到电梯评价指标体系。该指标体系的构建思路和方法一定程度上丰富了电梯安全评价研究理论和方法体系。 Scientific evaluation is an important step in the elevator safety inspection,and in order to solve the indicator problem of current single indicator elevator evaluation method and lack of the assessment indicators,in this paper a new approach is proposed in the construction of elevator safety evaluation,that is,for the first time as an overall evaluation of the whole life cycle of the elevator,integrate TRIZ theory and modular benefit method to solve the problem of elevator system evaluation indicators. At first the four indicators :elevator quality(Q),elevator cost(C),customer satisfaction(U) and elevator friendly environment(E) are selected,then 29 four level indicators have been refined progressively. After the processing of standardization and normalization,assessment indicators elevator system is established. The research method may enrich the elevator safety evaluation theories and methods used in assessing elevator systems.
