摘要
论文对穴盘苗双棘爪棘轮纵向送苗机构进行了优化设计,建立了其结构参数的数学模型,应用Matlab对其进行了分析与优化,得到当棘轮齿数为16、摆杆半径为71.3mm时,穴盘位移误差及纵向送苗误差总和最小,保证了纵向送苗的准确性。
In this paper the optimization design of seedling dual pawl ratchet vertical feeding seedling mechanism was carried out,the mathematical model of its structural parameters was established,it was analysed and optimized by using Matlab,when the ratchet teeth to get to 16,and the pendulum radius of 71.3mm,the tray displacement error and vertical feeding seedling error being the minimum sum,the accuracy of vertical feeding seedling was guaranteed.
