摘要 通过对空巢老人情感和交流中存在问题进行调研,选择用户访谈和问卷调查两种方法,从空巢老人及子女两个方向,针对空巢老人情感的交流的对象、交流内容、交流方式、交流时间与频率四个维度进行研究,结合空巢老人情感交流模式对其解决方式进行探讨,提出设计目标和产品概念,促进空巢老人情感交流,改善其情感状态,同时为空巢老人情感交流产品的设计提供思路和指导。 Using the user interviewing and questionnaire as the research methods,the author investigated the existing emotional communicating problems among the empty nest elders. According to the objects,content,mode time and frequency of emotional communicating,the authors begin research on the empty nest elders and their children respectively. The design goals and product concept are provided,combining with the emotional interaction modes of empty nest elders and the solution of existing problems. This product aims to promotes the emo-tional interaction among the empty nest elders and improve their emotional state. At the same time,this research provides the guidance and inspiration for the emotional communicating products design of empty nest elders.
