摘要
我国是个制造业大国,对高精度和复杂曲面的零件加工,必须由数控机床来完成,而前期的工作如编程、仿真又是由计算机来完成的。论文以一个典型零件的铣削加工为例,介绍MasterCAM软件和斯沃数控仿真软件的应用,如零件图的建模、自动编程、仿真加工、实际操作加工等全过程;还介绍了软件在应用中关键技术的处理方法和实际加工中应注意的要点。论文实例适合于各种复杂零件的自动编程。希望能对读者,尤其是在校生的实践教学及实践能力的培养有所帮助。
China is a big country of manufacture,high precision and complex surface machining,must by numerical control machine tool to complete,and the early work such as programming,simulation is accomplished by a computer software. This paper takes a typical parts milling as an example,introduced the MasterCAM software and NC simulation software applications,such as map modeling,programming,simulation,processing of the a component. It also introduced key method of MasterCAM to solve technical problems. We hope this article may help practice training of mechanical college students.
