Create a Training Base to Promote the Overall Development of Students

以我校的办学实践为出发点,正视北京市社会氛围对中职校办学的影响。围绕中职校培养目标和实现目标的正确途径,总结我校在校企合作建设实训基地方面的成果与不足。客观分析由此对学校各专业学生就业能力影响作用的不同程度,以期达到完善校企合作完善校内外实训基地建设,最终实现学生、学校、企业的三赢目标。

In my own school educational practice as the starting point,to address the impact of the social environment in Beijing in voca- tional schools. Around the vocational training objectives,and the right way to achieve the goal,summed up the results of our school and the lack of school-enterprise cooperation in the construction of training base area. Objective analysis of the school whereby all students employability influence of varying degrees ,in order to achieve the perfect school-enterprise cooperation to improve internal and external training base construction, and ultimately the students, schools, enterprises win.
