摘要
目的:比较茵陈蒿汤不同方剂配伍对黄疸模型大鼠肝功能的影响。方法:α-萘异硫氰酸酯(alphanaphthylisothiocyanate,ANIT)诱导大鼠黄疸模型,分别采用茵陈蒿汤及其各缺味方和单味药给大鼠灌胃治疗,胆总管插管收集胆汁,颈动脉取血并分离血清,检测胆汁中直接胆红素(direct bilirubin,DBIL)和总胆红素(total bilirubin,TBIL)以及血清中TBIL、DBIL、谷丙转氨酶(alanine transaminase,ALT)和谷草转氨酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)含量。结果:全方组、单味大黄组、全方缺栀子组(大黄与茵陈配伍)各项指标均较模型组明显改善(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:茵陈蒿汤全方组方配伍合理,大黄在方中发挥主要作用,茵陈对大黄有协同作用。
Objective: To compare the influence of different prescription of Yinchenhao Decoction(YCHD) on liver function in rats model of jaundice. Methods: The jaundice rats were induced by i.g. alpha-naphthylisothiocyanate(ANIT). The YCHD and its lacking one herb of component and single herb was given to rats by intragastric administration. The volume of bile was collected. The blood was collected by carotid artery and the serum was separated. The direct bilirubin(DBIL) and total bilirubin(TBIL) of bile and serum were detected. The serum alanine transaminase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) were also tested. Results: Compared with the model group, all indexes of the YCHD group, the Rhei radix et rhizome group, and the YCHD without Fruetus Gardeniae(Rhei radix et rhizome compatibility with Artemisiae Capillaris) group were significantly improved(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). Conclusion: The concerted application of Yinchenhao Decoction is reasonable prescription, among which, Rhei radix et rhizome plays the main effect, and Artemisiae Capillaris possesses synergistic effects on Rhei radix et rhizome.
