摘要
肺癌是最常见的且病死率极高的恶性肿瘤。尽管手术、化疗和放疗等治疗技术不断发展,肺癌的死亡率仍然很高,总体5年生存率仅为15%。因此,迫切需要新的治疗手段来对付这种毁灭性的疾病。Rab27A蛋白是Rab家族中的一个成员,它是在GTP与GDP之间变化的小GTP酶,参与各种细胞膜转运,可以在多种组织与细胞中表达,近年来有研究表明Rab27A在非小细胞肺癌中可以调节癌细胞囊泡的运输过程变肿瘤的微环境,促进肺部肿瘤的进展,可以成为非小细胞肺癌早期诊断、干预治疗、预后判断的新靶点。
Lung cancer is the most common malignant tumor with high mortality. Despite the development of surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. The mortality of lung cancer is remaining high ,five year survival rate was15%. Therefore, it is urgent to find new treatment for coping with this devastating disease. Rab27A is a member of the Rab family. It is a small GTP enzyme that changes between GTP and GDP, and participates in various cell membrane transport, which can be expressed in a variety of tissues and cells. In recent years, studies have shown that Rab27A can regulate the microenvironment of cancer cells during transport vesicle tumor in non-small cell lung cancer, promote the progress of lung cancer, non-small cell lung cancer can be early diagnosis and intervention of a new target for treatment and prognosis.
