内生真菌侵染对盐胁迫下德兰臭草种子萌发及幼苗生理特性的影响 被引量:9

Effects of Endophytic Fungi on Seed Germination and Seedling Physiological Characteristics of Melica transsilvanica under Salt Stress

摘要 采用不同浓度NaCl盐对带有内生真菌(E^+)以及不带内生真菌(E^-)的德兰臭草(Melica transsilvanica)种子进行盐胁迫处理,测定德兰臭草种子的萌发特性和幼苗生理指标,结果表明:盐胁迫抑制了德兰臭草种子的萌发以及叶绿素含量的增长,但是低浓度(≤50mmol/L)的盐溶液对德兰臭草根长以及叶绿素含量具有促进作用,E^+植株分别增加了8.65%、2.47%,E^-植株分别增加了7.94%、0.17%;同时盐胁迫也影响了幼苗的生理特性,在高浓度(≥200mmol/L)下E^+植株比E^-植株细胞膜透性含量减少了12.87%;丙二醛含量减少了49.29%;游离脯氨酸含量减少了12.26%,盐胁迫造成了细胞膜的损伤,盐浓度越强,伤害越大,但内生真菌对德兰臭草宿主具有增益作用。 Melica ferent concentrations transsilvan of NaCl, th ica seeds with fungi (E+ ) and without fungi ( e seed germination characteristics and seedling E ) were stressed with dif- physiological indexes were determined. The results showed that: Salt stress inhibited the Melica transsilvanica seed germination and chlorophyll contents, but low concentration of salt (less than 50 mmol/L) had a promoting effect on radi- cal length and chlorophyll contents of M. transsilvanica, which in E+ plants were increased by 8.65 G, 2.47%, in E plants were increased by 7. 94%, 0. 17%, At the same time, salt stress also affected the seedlings physiological characteristics, in high concentration of salt (more than 200 mmol/L), cell membrane permeability of E+ plants decreased by 12.87% than that of E plant; MDA decreased by 49.29% the free proline decreased by 12.26%, salt stress resulted in the damage of cell membrane, the stronger the salt concentration, the greater the damage was, but the endophytic fungi could benefit seed germina- tion and seedling physiological indexes, the damage was significantly reduced.
