摘要
对C型独立液舱的疲劳载荷及工况组合进行讨论,结合C型液舱的设计原理,给出了疲劳计算工况及组合因子,基于修订版IGC定义的三维加速度椭球法给出对应最大应力幅值的疲劳载荷计算方法,并介绍IACS推荐使用的载荷分布模型。对于C型独立液舱结构抗疲劳设计具有重要参考意义。
Fatigue load and load case pair of Type-C independent liquid cargo tank are discussed. Combining with the design principle of Type-C liquid cargo tank, the fatigue calculation case and combination factor are given. Based on the 3-1) acceleration ellipsoid method in the new-IGC CODE, the calculation method of fatigue load corresponding to the maximum stress range is given. The load distribution model which recommended by IACS is introduced. It could offer significant reference for structure fatigue resistance design of Type-C independent liquid cargo tank.
