离心通风机压力脉动形成原因及典型位置的脉动特性 被引量:2

摘要 对某型离心风机内部流场进行非定常仿真计算,对内部流动分离、压力变化和压力分布等进行分析,探索压力脉动的产生原因。在此基础上,近蜗舌区域压力脉动量值分析,获得离心风机内部典型位置的压力脉动沿轴向分布特性和频率特性,为离心通风机气动激励的改善及减振降噪提供参考。 Unsteady simulation is calculated based on a certain type of internal flow field in centrifugal ventilator. Through the analysis of internal pressure distribution of flow separation, pressure change and pressure distribution, the causes of pressure pulsation are explored. On the basis, the centrifugal fan pressure pulsation inside a typical position along the axial distribution and frequency characteristic are obtained through pressure pulsation value analysis near volute tongue area. It provides reference for improving the centrifugal fluid incentive and reducing the vibration and noise.
