Achievement and Outlook of Sino-Kazakh Economic Joint Cooperation

中国与哈萨克斯坦经济合作基础较扎实,当前合作重点是对接"丝绸之路经济带"和"光明之路"项目,落实已签署的产能合作规划。两国领导人高度重视,具体项目推进较顺利,未来农业、旅游、能源和产能合作等提升空间较大。与此同时,外部需求不振、交通基础设施瓶颈、资源环境约束、欧亚经济联盟竞争、法律和规则环境、哈国内社会情绪等,可能在一定程度上影响两国合作。

The Sino-Kazakh economic cooperation is well-established and the current focus is to connect ＂Silk Road Economic Belt＂ with ＂Bright Road＂, and kick-off the signed production capacity cooperation program. The heads of both sides attach great importance to the mutual cooperation, specific projects go smoothly, and there is great potentials for the operation of in agriculture, tourism, energy and production capacity in future. Despite these positive signs, the mutual cooperation may be somewhat subject to weak external demands, bottlenecks of transportation infrastructure, constraints of resources and environment, competition, laws, rules and environment of EEU, and domestic social emotion in Kazakhstan.
