开放住宅下的青年居住模式设计探讨--基于开放建筑理论的工业化住宅设计(上)

Discussion on Design of Young People's Inhabitation Mode under Open Housing——Open Construction Theory Based Design of Industrialized Housing(Vol.1)

随着当前大城市人口的逐渐增加,职业灵活度也逐渐增加,随之产生工作与生活租住相结合的新模式。文章以上海市杨浦区创智坊地块为背景,基于开放建筑的工业化住宅设计理论,通过对特定人群的调研,探索出青年住宅中自由职业者群体的需求,并以此为目标人群来进行青年居住模式的探讨,同时借助SI住宅手段来帮助实现工作与生活空间的融合。

The occupation flexibility is increasing with increase of the population in large cities, the new mode of renting for both working and living is thereby generated. Taking Chuangzhifang Plot in Yangpu District, Shanghai as background and on the basis of design theory of industrialized housing of open building, this paper explored the requirements of freelance group in youth housing through investigation to specific group, and then carried out discussion on young people＇s residential mode with such group as target. Meanwhile, it realized integration of working and living space through the measures of S1 residence.
