摘要 利用聚醚多元醇类化合物(亲水剂HL560)通过熔融共混方式对聚丙烯进行亲水化改性。此外,通过乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物(EAA)及其钠盐与HL560的酯化反应增强了亲水改性剂HL560在聚丙烯材料中的驻留性。通过水接触角测试表征了聚丙烯材料改性前后的亲水性能。结果表明,HL560是一种有效提高聚丙烯材料亲水性能的改性剂,聚丙烯材料的水接触角由纯PP的103°减小到了26.8°,通过EAA钠盐与HL560的协同作用保证了聚丙烯材料亲水改性的长久性。 Polyether alcohol compounds (HL560) was used to hydrophilization modified polypropylene by melt blending method. In addition, through the esterification reaction between ethylene acrylic acid eopolymer (EAA) and its sodium salt and HL560, the resides of HL560 in the polypropylene material was enhanced. The water contact angle test can represent the hydrophilicity of polypropylene material before and after modification. And the results show that HL560 is an effective modifier which can improve the hydrophilicity of polypropylene material, with reduced water contact angle of 26. 8° than that of the pure PP of 103°. The synergy of EAA sodium with HI360 ensures the perpetuation of hydrophilic modification of polypropylene materials.
