尼龙车轮双油缸抽芯注塑模具设计及制造 被引量:2

摘要 以尼龙车轮塑件为例,详细阐述了双油缸抽芯注塑模具结构设计的要点与工作过程,通过采用典型的滑块与斜顶相结合的抽芯结构、弹簧顶出复位系统,模具的使用寿命和可靠性大大提高,通过在实践中不断优化选材和注塑加工工艺,大幅缩短了模具的制造周期,提高了生产效率,降低了模具制造成本。 With the nylon plastic wheel as an example, the main design point and working process of the injection mould of two core-pulling cylinders mechanism were stated in detail. The service life and reliability of the mould are greatly improved by the typical angled-ejector and sliding-block structures and ejector-return system of many springs. The production cycle of the product and the mould is greatly shortened by the optimize of select material and injection molding technologies in practice. At the same time, the labour productivity is improved and the manufacture cost of the product and mould is greatly depressed.
