摘要
对塑料注塑成型过程进行分析,针对该过程中的常见缺陷,提出优化设计方案。并基于高分子材料的流变学理论和能量传递规律,建立模拟注塑过程模型。最后以正交实验设计和方差分析,对注塑成型工艺多目标优化实验结果进行分析,结果证明该方法能够有效达到注塑成型工艺多目标优化目的。
The plastic injection molding process was analyzed. The common defects in the process of optimizing design scheme were proposed as well. Based on the rheological theory of polymer material and energy transfer rules, simulation model of the injection molding process was established. Finally, by orthogonal experimental design and variance analysis, multi-objective optimization of plastic molding technology experimental results was analyzed. Results show that the method can effectively achieve injection molding process multi-objective optimization purpose.
