寒区中学生生活质量受肠易激综合征影响调查研究

Evaluation of the quality of life in middle school students with irritable bowel syndrome in the frigid region

目的初步了解寒区中学生肠易激综合征(IBS)的发病情况,分析其对生活质量的影响情况,为更好的改进、分配卫生资源和提高中学生人群健康水平提供依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法,应用功能性胃肠病罗马(Rome)Ⅲ的诊断标准中的症状自评量表,以及生活质量测评量表(IBS-QOL)对286名沈阳市中学生进行问卷调查。结果共收回275份有效问卷,IBS发病率为23.6%(65/286)。IBS-QOL测量结果显示,具有IBS相关症状中学生的生活质量在焦虑不安、行为障碍、躯体意念、健康忧虑、挑食、社会功能、人际关系7个领域及总分方面,得分均显著低于未发病组(P<0.05)。高年级中学生在焦虑不安、躯体意念、健康忧虑生活质量较低年级者差,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论寒区中学生生活质量因IBS的相关症状而受到了影响。根据本研究结果,建议增加健康教育和保障措施,使学生、家长、老师更好地认知IBS、解决病痛。

Objective To preliminary understand the disease situation of irritable bowel syndrome in middle school and investigate their present life situation and the main factors that affect it,in order to provide comprehensive basis for finding out the appropriate health resources and improve the health standards for the students. Methods Using cluster sampling method,the application of functional gastrointestinal disease（ Rome） Ⅲ Rome diagnostic criteria of the self-assessment lists of symptom,and the quality of life（QOL） assessment scale（IBS-QOL） on the questionnaire survey were conducted among 286 middle school students in shenyang. Results A total of 275 valid questionnaires were recovered. The incidence of IBS was 23. 6%（65/286）. The result of IBS-QOL showed that,IBS patients in middle school got significantly lower scores than the controls（ Non-IBS） on all subscales and overall score of IBSQOL in dysphoria,behavior disorders,body image,health worry,pickey,ocial function and human relations（ P〈0. 05）. The Gade Three patients were significantly poorer QOL than the Grade One patients on the differences in 3 subscales of IBS-QOL：dysphoria,body image and health worry（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Irritable bowel syndrome had a negative impact on QOL of middle school students in the frigid region. It is proposed that the health-related departments should provide health education systematically for students,parents and teachers,so that they can understand what IBS is and know how to treat it.
