摘要
为了克服传统的电阻炉操作复杂而且控温精度比较低的问题,组建了一个基于Lab VIEW的温度控制系统,可以方便地设置控温曲线,控温精度比较高,还具有保存数据等功能.恒温控制采用一种改进型的PID控制算法,控制效果明显优于Lab VIEW软件库中的VI,使得温度调节时间大大缩短且没有明显的超调.变温控制采用模糊控制算法,适应性强、动态响应好、控温精度高.
In order to overcome the traditional resistance furnace operation complex and low accuracy of temperature control problems, formed a temperature control system based on LabVIEW, easy to set the temperature control curve, the temperature control precision is high, also has the functions such as saving data. Temperature control by using a modified PID control algorithm, The control effect is better than that of LabVIEW software library VI, greatly reduces temperature regulating time and no obvious overshoot. Variable temperature control using fuzzy control algorithm, strong adaptability, good dynamic response and high precision of temperature control.
