A Study of Constructing Tour Around Chaohu Lake National Tourism and Recreational Area from the Perspective of Symbiosis Theory

引入共生理论用于国家旅游区研究,构建休闲区建设的共生模式,认为休闲区建设应遵循保护为先,绿色发展;政府主导,多元合作;资源整合,塑造品牌;统筹谋划,全域发展的基本原则,建议环巢湖从树立规划引领意识,科学合理布局;加强环境治理与保护,营造良好旅游氛围;分析梳理旅游资源现状,精准定位发展方向;完善旅游配套设施,提升休闲区接待能力;紧抓重大旅游项目,打造精品旅游节点;挖掘地域特色文化,塑造个性旅游形象;促进产业融合,发挥区域整体集聚效应;推进共建共享,加快体制机制创新等方面展开国家旅游休闲区创建工作。

The paper introduces the symbiosis theory into national tourist area research, and con- structs the symbiotic mode of the recreational area construction. It proposes that the basic principle should be set up in protection and green development, government leading and diversified cooperation, resource integration and brand building to make the overall plan and global development for the con- struction of recreational area. It is suggested that the government should construct Chaohu national tourism and recreational area from planning, scientific and rational layout, strengthening environmental management and protection, and creating a good tourism atmosphere; analyzing the current situation of tourism resources, and accurating positioning of the development direction; improving tourism facilities, and enhancing the reception capacity of leisure areas; clinging to major tourism projects, and creating exquisite tourism node; excavating regional culture characteristics, and creating individual tourism im- age; promoting the integration of the industry, and playing an overall regional agglomeration effect to promote co-construction and sharing, and speed up the system and mechanism innovation.
