脾脏硬化性血管瘤样结节性转化1例
Sclerosing angiomatoid nodular transformation: one case report
摘要
患者男，31岁。半月前体检超声检查发现脾脏肿块来我院手术治疗。查体：全身浅表淋巴结未及肿大，心肺无异常。腹平软，无异常发现。化验检查：血常规：WBC5．25×10^9／L，RBC4．89×10^12／L。HGB143g／L，PLT163×10^9／L。
