34例胃癌及胃淋巴瘤的CT表现及病理对照分析

The CT manifestations and pathological comparison analysis in 34 cases of gastric cancer and gastric lymphoma

目的比较胃癌及胃淋巴瘤的CT表现及病理情况。方法选取2011年6月~2016年3月我院收治的胃癌及胃淋巴瘤患者34例,回顾性分析患者的CT表现和病理表现。结果 15例(83.3%)胃癌出现"白线征",所有胃淋巴瘤患者均未见"白线征";两者比较有显著差异(P<0.05),所有胃淋巴瘤患者动静脉期和门静脉期增强扫描呈现均匀强化;7例胃癌患者出现胃周淋巴结肿大,2例肾门下腹膜后淋巴结肿大,6例(37.8%)胃淋巴瘤患者6例出现肾门下腹膜后淋巴结肿大,两者比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论胃癌和胃淋巴瘤CT表现和病理检查各有特点,有无胃黏膜"白线征"、有无肾门下腹膜后淋巴结肿大等,为两者的鉴别诊断提供着重要的CT诊断依据。

Objective To compare the CT manifestations and pathological findings of gastric cancer and gastric lymphoma. Methods A total of 34 patients with gastric cancer and gastric lymphoma, who were admitted to our hospital from June 2011 to may 2016, were selected and the CT and pathological manifestations of these patients were retrospectively analyzed in this work. Results 15 cases （83.3%） gastric cancer appeared ＂white line sign＂ and all patients with gastric lymphoma did not presented with ＂white line sign＂ ; There were significant differences between the two （ P 〈 0.05 ） . The enhanced scan at dynamic venous phase and portal venous phase in all patients with gastric lymphoma showed homogeneous enhancement; 7 patients with gastric cancer appeared the perigastric lymph node enlargement and 2 cases appeared the peritoneal lymph node enlargement in renal hilum, 6 patients （37.8%） with gastric lymphoma appeared the peritoneal lymph node enlargement in renal hilum; There were significant differences between the two （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The CT manifestations and pathological findings of gastric cancer and gastric lymphoma are quite distinct from each other. Whether there are the ＂white line sign＂ of the gastric mucosa and the enlargement of peritoneal lymph node in renal hilum or not can provide an important basis for the differential diagnosis between the two disorders.
