摘要 原发性骨质疏松症(Osteoporosis,OP)是一种以骨量减少,骨组织显微结构退化为特征,致使骨脆性增加、易发生骨折的全身系统性骨骼疾病。因该病的发病率、致残率、病死率日益提高,越来越受到医学界的重视。在骨质疏松症评估中,以双能X线的骨量测定使用最为广泛。然而,骨强度和骨折风险还受到诸如骨微结构和组织性能等骨质量参数的影响。本文就骨质疏松的影像学研究现状与临床应用做一综述。 Primary Osteoporosis is defined as a systemic skeletal disorder, characterized by low bone mass and micro-architectural deterioration of bone tissue, with a consequent increase in bone fragility and susceptibility to fracture. There is increasing interest in OP with increasing morbidity, disability and mortality of the disease. Dual x-ray absorptiometry is currently the most widely used technique to assess osteoporosis. However, bone strength and fracture risk are also affected by some parameters, such as bone microstructure and tissue properties. This review covers state-of-the-art imaging techniques and clinical application of osteoporosis.
