摘要
通过制造MCAO脑梗塞大鼠模型,并行电针"足三里"干预,检测对照空白组和造模组大鼠中胃黏膜UI和Bcl-2蛋白的表达,探讨电针"足三里"对防治脑梗塞所致胃粘膜损伤作用的机理.实验选取42只Sprague-Dawley(SD)雄性大鼠,随机分为7组,即空白对照组,造模后1h、24h、48h组,造模后1h、24h、48h+电针干预组.得出结果:(1)造模大鼠各组胃黏膜损伤明显加剧,相比较有显著性差异;(2)造模后24h、48h+电针干预组大鼠的胃黏膜损伤与空白对照组比较,均有改善;(3)Bcl-2蛋白在空白对照组、造模后+针刺组中表达非常明显;(4)造模后24h、48h+针刺组与造模后24h、48h组比较,Bcl-2蛋白表达明显提高.由此得出:(1)电针"足三里"对脑梗塞所致的胃黏膜损伤有保护作用;(2)这种对胃黏膜细胞的保护作用机理,是由于促进了Bcl-2基因蛋白表达所致.
The experiment established a rat model of cerebral infarction MCAO, intervened with electroacupuncture of ＂Zusanli＂, and detected UI and Bcl-2 protein gene expression in rats, so as to explore the mechanism of electr o-acupuncture of ＂Zusanli＂on the prevention and treatment with gastric mucosa injury caused by cerebral infarction. 42 male Sprague-Dawley rats（SD）were randomly divided into 7 groups： blank control group, 1h, 24 h, 48 h groups after modeling, and 1h, 24 h, 48 h＋ EA intervention groups after modeling.The results showed that（1） gastric mucosal injury in model rat exacerbated significantly, which showed the clear difference from the blank control group;（2） gastric mucosa injury in rats groups 24 h,48h ＋EA after modeling with electro-acupuncture intervention group improved, compared with the 24 h and 48 h model groups;（3） Bcl-2 protein expression in the blank control group, model ＋ acupuncture group was very obvious;（4） compared with 24 h and 48 h groups after modeling, the expression of Bcl-2 protein in 24h＋ acupuncture group 48h＋ acupuncture group after modeling increased significantly. Conclusions were drawn as follows：（1） electro-acupuncture of＂Zusanli＂ has a protective effect on the gastric mucosa injury caused by cerebral infarction.（2） This protective mechanism of gastric mucosa cell is the result of promotion of Bcl-2 gene expression.
