基于LabVIEW平台利用GPS架构的汽车实时横摆角速度测试系统开发

摘要 基于多GPS架构,提出了一种测试数据动态处理的方法.通过多GPS架构之间的几何约束关系,有效地保证多GPS之间的相对位置及由GPS测量的汽车运行轨迹的精确性,再通过多GPS在汽车运行轨迹中记录的坐标值计算得到汽车运行过程中的实时横摆角速度值.并基于LabVIEW平台开发汽车实时横摆角速度测试系统,并同步利用IMU设备测试汽车运行过程中的横摆角速度,与GPS数据计算得到的横摆角速度进行对比分析.结果表明,基于多GPS架构的动态数据处理方法使计算得到的横摆角速度的精度得到提高并满足汽车性能道路试验要求,测试系统在测试过程中稳定可靠. Based on multi GPS architecture,a dynamic test data processing method is proposed.Through the geometric constraint relationship between multiple GPS architectures,the relative position between multiple GPS and the accuracy of vehicle trajectory measured by GPS are effectively guaranteed.Then the real-time yaw velocity values are calculated by the multi GPS coordinate values recorded on the vehicle running track.Based on LabVIEW platform,the real-time yaw rate measurement system is developed.The yaw rate during the operation of the vehicle is tested by the synchronous use of IMU equipment,and compared with that obtained by the GPS data calculation.The results show that the dynamic data processing method based on multi GPS architecture improves the yaw rate accuracy and meets the road test requirements of vehicle performance.The system is stable and reliable in the testing process.
