基于图像识别定位的平面丝网印刷机的研究

摘要 运动鞋帮面由于其形状不一,外形复杂,大小不同,因此现印刷工艺还是传统的手工丝网印刷.手工印刷存在套色网框定位误差大、外形复杂的承印物的放置位置难于确定等缺点,从而套印偏差较大,生产效率低且劳动强度大,制约了生产的发展和产品档次的提高.将基于CCD(光电耦合图像传感器)的图像识别定位技术应用于多色套印网框的自动定位,并增加了连续自动印刷和烘干机构,使印刷效率、印刷质量均得到显著提升.该技术具有较高的实用价值. Uppers of sports footwear are usually different in shape, size and complex styles, so some of the existing printings still take the traditional manual screen printing technique.Manual printing has disadvantages like large errors in chromatic screen frame positioning and difficulties in confirming the placement position of substrates in complex shapes, which then lead to great deviations in overprinting,low production efficiency and heavy labor intensity,and thereby restrict development of production and promotion of product grade.In this paper the CCD-based image recognition and positioning technology has been applied to automatic positioning of multi-color overprinting screen frame, while continuous automatic printing and drying mechanisms have been increased,which has significantly improved the printing efficiency and quality. The technique has high utility values.
