社会主义核心价值观对民办高校校园文化建设的引领——基于五所民办高校校园文化建设的调查与思考

社会主义核心价值观和校园文化建设相互联系、相互促进,和谐统一。文章分析了民办高校校园文化建设现状,针对师生参与校园文化建设情感疏离、校园文化导向功能弱化、校园主流文化边缘化三方面问题,提出用社会主义核心价值观引领民办高校校园文化建设的具体建议:坚持公益办学,为服务广大师生和区域社会发展创设民主和谐的办学环境;强化价值引领,为构筑和谐校园文化建设的坚固堤防提供精神动力;结合区域特色,为打造和谐校园文化品牌创新传播路径。

The socialist core values and the construction of campus culture are connected, mutually promoted, harmonious and unified. This paper analyzes the present situation of campus culture construction in non-governmental universities. Aiming at the three problems of the emotional distance between teachers and students while participating in campus culture construction, weakness of campus culture orientation, and marginalization of campus mainstream culture, this paper puts forward the idea that campus culture construction in non- governmental universities should be guided by the socialist core values： adhere to public education which can create a democratic and harmonious educational environment for the vast number of teachers and students, as well as the social development in the region; strengthen the guidance of socialist core values which can provide spiritual motive for constructing harmonious campus culture; combine with regional characteristics, which can innovate a new path to build the brand of the harmonious campus culture.
