摘要 为培养大学生创意、创新、创业(简称"三创")意识,提升大学生创业发展能力,以厦门南洋职业学院开展"三创"教育基地建设为例,从完善组织机构、改革人才培养模式、建设"双师双能型"师资队伍、健全保障体系等方面,探讨政校企联合建设"三创"教育基地的措施,阐述了"三创"教育对高校教育教学的改革、学生思想观念的转变、学生创业实践能力的增强等所发挥的作用。 In order to cultivate college students' consciousness of creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship (briefly "three creations"), and enhance their entrepreneurial abilities, taking the construction of "three creations" educational base in Xiamen Nanyang College as an example, this paper discusses the measures taken by the government, the college and the enterprises to jointly build up the "three creations" educational base from the aspects of perfecting the organization structure, reforming the talent training mode, constructing the "dual qualified" teaching team, and enhancing the guarantee system. The paper also illustrates the influence that "three creations" education has exerted on the teaching reform in high education, changing students' concept, and improving students' entrepreneurial and practical abilities.
