摘要
针对舰用高强低碳合金厚钢板激光-电弧复合焊接质量检测技术,提出基于FPGA和声信号的舰用钢板焊接过程智能检测系统。采用高速FPGA构建了高强低碳合金厚钢板激光-电弧复合焊接过程声信号的采集、滤波、特征提取及识别系统,完成了系统软硬件设计和研制,并通过分析激光电弧声信号的短时能量,结合所建立的数据库,完成了对焊透、未焊透以及焊穿这三种焊接状态的识别,从而实现了大功率激光焊接熔透状态的识别,为提高舰船焊接制造质量提供技术支持。
An intelligent detection system of welding process based on FPGA and acoustic signal is proposed to detect the laser-arc hybrid welding quality for high-strength low-alloy thick warship-used steel plates. The acoustic signal acquisition, filtering, feature extraction and recognition system of the laser-arc hybrid welding for high-strength low-alloy thick warship-used steel plates is constructed by high speed FPGA. The design and development of hardware and software system are completed. Through short-time energy analysis of laser-arc sound signal, combined with the established database, the recognition of welding penetration, incomplete welding and welding is completed. Then the high power laser welding penetration status can be realized as well. These researches are anticipated to lay technological basis for improving warship welding quality.
