新疆农业高效节水灌溉技术长效利用影响因素分析 被引量:11

The Influence Factors of Sustainable Utilization of Agricultural Water-saving Irrigation Technology in Xinjiang

摘要 针对新疆部分县市农业高效节水灌溉技术有效利用率不高的问题,在农业高效节水灌溉技术重新利用重要因素理论分析的基础上,运用二元Logistic回归模型从农户特征、要素禀赋、技术应用、政策制度4方面选择制约其长效利用的因素,结果表明:民族、水资源稀缺程度、土地经营规模、运行管护模式是否健全、是否有运行管护资金对农户采用农业高效节灌技术的行为有显著的正向作用;兼业程度、节水投资占家庭年收入比重和水价征收标准对农户采用农业高效节灌技术的行为有显著的负向作用。 Water use efficiency of agriculture high water-saving irrigation technology is not high in part of counties and cities in Xinjiang. Based on theoretical analysis of important factors for re-use of agriculture water-saving irrigation technology, the Logistic models are used to select factors from the household characteristics, factor endowments, technology applications, and policy system. The results show that na- tional scale, scarcity of water resources, land business scale, run maintenance mode and funds have significant positive effects on the use of agricultural water saving irrigation technology; while part-time degree, household income proportion of water-saving investment and water price standard have significant negative effects on the use of agricultural water saving irrigation technology.
