国家治理现代化进程中农村体育治理的价值导向、现实问题及路径选择

Value Orientation,Problems and Ways of Rural Sports Governance in Process of National Governance Modernization

对农村体育治理的价值导向、现实问题及路径等进行分析。认为:(1)农村体育治理在国家层面有益于推进国家治理现代化、全民健康战略布局,在社会层面有益于助力公平正义、城乡一体的和谐社会进程,在农民层面有益于营造主动锻炼、享受体育的健康生活方式;(2)农村体育治理尚存家长式治理、运动式治理、粗放式治理、碎片化治理等现实问题。提出:打造多元主体,实现多元共治;倡导精准治理,软硬兼顾并进;寻求多方联动,促进全面治理;贵在久久为功,方可善作善成等路径建议。

The value orientation, problems and ways of rural sports governance showed that There existed problems in rural sports governance, such as paternalistic governance, campaign-style governance, extensive governance, fragmental governance etc. The governance of rural sports was beneficial to promoting the modernization of national governance and the strategic layout of national health at the national level. What was more, it was beneficial to the building of fair and justice, to the building of harmonious urban and rural areas though creating a pluralistic main body, achieving multiple governance, promoting precision management, taking all-round measures, seeking multi-linkage, promoting comprehensive governance, making unremitting efforts, and getting the way of good governance at pains.
