摘要
全面从严治党背景下高校基层党组织建设具有重大意义。论文从总体指导思想、责任意识、注重实效、评价体系、教育培养等入手,提出了全面从严治党背景下高校基层党组织建设的重要举措和多方面保障措施。
It is of great significant to construct primary Party organization in the colleges under comprehensive strengthening Party discipline. From overall guiding principle, definite responsibility, effectiveness,evaluation system, and education, etc., the article puts forward the practice approach with its supporting measures to construct comprehensively the primary Party organization in the colleges.
